2. In the e-mail, please explain to us as clearly as possible the reason for filing a\ncomplaint, so that we can resolve your complaint as easily as possible. Next, write\ndown your information (first and last name and address) and a contact number,\nwhere we can inform you about the progress of the complaint.<\/p>\r\n
3. To return the product, please pack the product in suitable protective packaging so\nthat it reaches us undamaged. Attach a copy of the invoice as well as your\ninformation and a description of the product\u2019s defect with the package.<\/p>\r\n
4. Once the product with all associated documentation arrives at the address\nof the company Libellu, Carmen Medic sp, Valvasorjevo nabre\u017eje 5, 8270 Kr\u0161ko, we\nwill accept it for processing as soon as possible. Depending on the\ncontent of the described error defect and the findings of the complaints\ninspection, we will contact you as soon as possible and inform you of the further\nprocedure. In the case of a favourably resolved complaint, product repair, product\nreplacement or a refund including shipping costs incurred at the time of the order\nmay be offered.<\/p>\r\n
