General terms and conditions (29 August 2022)
The General Terms and Conditions of Business govern the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the store and regulate the business relationship between the provider or store and the user or customer. We advise you to read the terms and conditions below carefully before placing an online order. By using the website, you signify your acceptance of these terms. Libellu, Carmen Medic s.p. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions on the https://libellu.si website at any time. The sale and delivery of goods is, in principle, only possible within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and the EU. We can also deliver outside the EU upon request.
Consumer protection

Prices and up-to date
All prices in the online store include 22% VAT. Prices are in euros (EUR). The prices on the Libellu website are valid at the time the order is placed and are valid until the date of publication of the new price list. Prices are valid only for purchases made through the libellu.si online store. The price does not include delivery. The provider - libellu.si online store - tries to ensure that the information provided online is as up-to- date and correct as possible. However, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time and the price change, so there is a minimal chance that the supplier may not be able to correct the information on the website at the same time as the change. In such a case, the Buyer shall be informed of the changes and shall be given the opportunity to cancel or replace the ordered item.
Product photos and features
Photo does not guarantee product quality and does not guarantee stock. We try to present our products correctly, but due to screen settings, colour deviations may occur. For handmade products, there may be slight differences in colour, pattern and size.
Ordering via the Libellu online store
Online ordering is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The customer selects and orders the products available to them in the online store, which are classified in categories.
Orders are accepted via purchase tab in the libellu.si online store,and for further information you can contact us by e-mail info@libellu.si. After placing an order, the customer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted. It lists the products and quantities selected by the buyer. If the buyer has chosen the option to pay by invoice, the items are waiting or reserved for them for 3 working days. Accepted orders are considered irrevocable and will be executed. In the event that the Buyer wishes to withdraw from the order, the Buyer must notify the Seller of this within 2 hours of placing the order by an e-mail at info@libellu.si.
Order rejection
The libellu.si online store reserves the right to refuse any order which it determines that it is not possible to fulfil under the conditions and with the information available to it. If the customer had already paid by invoice, the online store will refund the full purchase price no later than the next working day. We guarantee a 100% safe purchase, with the right of withdrawal and the possibility of returning the goods.
Item return
We guarantee you a 14-day deadline for returning purchased goods. If the product does not suit you and you would like to return it, you can send it to Libellu, Carmen Medic sp, Valvasorjevo nabrežje 5, 8270 Krško. Please enclose a completed Returns Form with your parcel, which will be sent to you by e- mail if you wish.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZvPot), the consumer has the right to notify the company within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods that he/she is withdrawing from the order/contract to the contact email address info@libellu.si without being required to provide a reason for his/her decision. A communication is considered timely if it is submitted within 14 days in writing or by email. The return shipment of the returned goods to Libellu, Carmen Medic s.p., Valvasorjevo nabrežje 5, 8270 Krško must be made within a further 15 days of the notification. In this case, the buyer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the goods.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the seller shall immediately, or no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract, return all payments received for the products, excluding shipping costs.
The buyer DOES NOT have the right to withdraw from the contract in the following
cases:
- for contracts relating to
goods which have been made to the consumer's ORDER or tailored to his/her
specific needs.
- withdrawal from the contract is also not possible for products that have already
been worn, washed or used.
The returned item must be unused, undamaged and in its original undamaged packaging with all the accompanying documentation. The online store www.libellu.si is not obliged to accept shipments with a ransom or shipments that do not comply with the general terms and conditions of the above- mentioned online store.
Any parcels sent to our address postage prepaid or postage paid by the addressee will be rejected and returned to the sender at the sender's expense. Please enclose a copy of the invoice for the purchased product, your details and your bank account number. Once we receive the package, we will refund the purchase price to your bank account, excluding the shipping costs.
Material defect and warranty and enforcement of rights hereunder
Material defect
The consumer can claim defects in the purchased goods from the warranty or from a material defect, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Act - ZVPOt. You can make a complaint based on a material defect for any purchased product that has a warranty or no warranty. Thus, due to a defect in the product for which the warranty was given, the consumer can claim rights based on a material defect, and they can also make the same decision when they do not want to exercise the warranty for the product for which the warranty was given. In the case of a material defect, the consumer can complain about the defect to the seller within 2 months from the discovery of the material defect, or within 2 years after the goods were taken over by the buyer. When exercising the rights from this title, the consumer must describe the error more precisely in the defect notification to the seller and enable the seller, to review the product. If the defect is not disputed, the seller must comply with the consumer's claim as soon as possible, but no later than within 8 days. However, if there is a dispute about the defect, the seller must give the consumer a written answer within 8 days. The consumer can request, according to his choice: rectification of the defect, refund of the amount paid in proportion to the error, replacement of goods or refund of the amount paid.
The defect is material: if the thing does not have the characteristics necessary for its normal use or for circulation; if the item does not have the characteristics required for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, but which the seller was aware of or should have been aware of; if the thing does not have the characteristics and features that have been explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed; if the seller has delivered a thing which does not correspond to the sample or model, unless the sample or model has been shown only for information. The suitability of the goods for normal use shall be judged by reference to normal goods of the same type and taking into account any representations made by the seller or the manufacturer about the characteristics of the goods, in particular by means of advertising, the presentation of the product or indications on the goods themselves.
PRODUCT RECLAMATION
You can make a claim by submitting an invoice.
1. If your product has developed a fault that is not caused by your misuse or is not the result of any action by you, you can send us a claim to make a complaint. Send your request to info@libellu.si
2. In the e-mail, please explain to us as clearly as possible the reason for filing a complaint, so that we can resolve your complaint as easily as possible. Next, write down your information (first and last name and address) and a contact number, where we can inform you about the progress of the complaint.
3. To return the product, please pack the product in suitable protective packaging so that it reaches us undamaged. Attach a copy of the invoice as well as your information and a description of the product’s defect with the package.
4. Once the product with all associated documentation arrives at the address of the company Libellu, Carmen Medic sp, Valvasorjevo nabrežje 5, 8270 Krško, we will accept it for processing as soon as possible. Depending on the content of the described error defect and the findings of the complaints inspection, we will contact you as soon as possible and inform you of the further procedure. In the case of a favourably resolved complaint, product repair, product replacement or a refund including shipping costs incurred at the time of the order may be offered.
Payment methods
In the libellu.si online store, we currently offer:
• payment by invoice or bank transfer onto our bank account
In the case of payment to our bank account, upon purchase you will receive a notification with all the relevant information for the account to which the transfer must be made. Items ordered will be held for you for one business day. If the payment is not made on time, the items will be returned to the online store. Do not make a payment until you receive a confirmation email that we have received your order.
Regardless of the chosen method of payment for the items, you will receive the invoice for the purchase of the items in the shipment at the same time as the ordered products.
The valid price of the product is the one published on the day of the order and includes 22% VAT.
Delivery times
The delivery time for products in stock is usually 1-3 weeks and varies based on stock. If the delivery deadline will be exceptionally longer, we will inform you within 48 hours. If you are in a hurry, please write this in the notes and we will do our best to equip the purchased products as quickly as possible. If the product is marked with "in stock", it means that the materials from which it is made are available. For out-of-stock products, delivery times vary from 4 days to 30 days, or even longer in exceptional cases. We suggest that you contact us at info@libellu.si when ordering products that are out of stock. We will be happy to tell you how long you need to wait for the product you want.

We ship every working day.
Delivery for the libellu.si online store is handled by DPD and Pošta Slovenije.
